1. Find the prefilled buffer tube
2. Insert a sterile swab into one nostril of the patient. Roll the swab inside the nostril. Repeat this process for the other nostril. Withdraw the swab from the nasal cavity.
3. Insert the swab into an extraction buffer tube. Stir the swab more than 5 times swiftly.
4. Remove and discard the swab in bio waste bag.
5. Apply 4 drops of extracted specimen to the specimen well of the test device using provided nozzle top of extraction buffer tube. Read the test result within 20 minutes.
6. All components of this kit should be discarded as Bio-hazard waste according to the local regulatory requirements.
